Jan Tinsley, Managing Director
Jan has over 10 years experience in running a variety of teams and five years as CEO of her own company, Connect2Clean. Jan’s strengths include: planning and implementing team procedures; development tools; improvement strategies; quarterly reports; team responsibilities; KPIs, and behaviour & performance reports. Jan’s inspirational leadership instils the importance and effectiveness of open and honest communication, delivering results while providing support between colleagues and clients.
Belinda Day, Secretary
Belinda came to Second Site highly recommended and has already proven to be a great asset to our team. Using her initiative at all times to ensure requests only require confirmation, Belinda’s always a step ahead of the game. Her energy and determination builds rapport instantly with clients and whoever else has the pleasure to work with her.
Kaye Ward, Secretary
Kaye has just started with the team and brings with her financial and broking experience. Utilising her knowledge in contracts has been a benefit already to Second Site. Combining this with Kaye's kind and honest nature makes her an absolute pleasure to work with and an integral part of the team.
Melissa Sulfaro, Secretary
Melissa is our latest addition to the team! Melissa's experience consists mostly of Real Estate Property Management and Administration, which has provided her with exceptional customer service skills, a high attention to detail and a proactive approach to her work and home life. Melissa is a huge believer in implementing systems to ensure her time management and organisational skills are unsurpassed.
