As Managing Director, with over 10 years experience in running various teams and eight years experience within my own company. My strengths are in planning and implementing team procedures, development tools, improvement strategies, quarterly reports, team responsibilities, KPIs, behaviour & performance reports, my teams have always understood the importance of effectiveness from open and honest communication, delivering results, recognition & rewards while providing support between colleagues and clients.
A professional contact company where business owners choose to identify the value of support from a virtual office. Majority of business owners spend long hours (approx 70 hours per week) working within their business, often neglecting work required on their business, such as responding to telephone calls, mail, accounts, customer care and following up on work already completed or implemented such as marketing.
In pursue a Professional Contact Company; through the experience developed from the business excellence program in ANZ, learning’s from completion of Post Graduate studies in Organisational Leadership along with the experience of being in business myself; The need for honest, reliable, trained, supported team of virtual employees / subcontractors who can provide a professional first impression for company / business owners; supporting the reduction in costs of businesses hiring, training and maintaining the right staff.
